Management Team

Bridge Eimon “CEO”

Bridge’s group in San Mateo combines computer vision and machine learning to enhance image processing and understanding across various image sensor domains. He designed the DeltaSat prototype for automated global change detection from satellite imagery, led the SIFTIC and NITRO systems for classifying maritime targets using IR and ISAR imagery, and developed the ISAR featurization component of the Fusion project for the Missile Defense domain. Before joining Stottler Henke, he worked with BMW on algorithms to build 3D race track models from drone imagery and earned BS degrees in Symbolic Systems (AI concentration) and Computer Science from Stanford University.

Dick Stottler “Co-Founder and Director”

Dick co-founded Stottler Henke in 1988, growing it into a 60+ person research and software company specializing in automated planning and scheduling, intelligent tutoring systems, intelligent simulation, and knowledge management. He has led the design and development of AI-driven systems for domains including military training, astronaut preparation, NASA mission planning, aircraft assembly, and automated manufacturing design, combining applied AI research with rapid knowledge engineering. Dick holds a BS in engineering from Cornell University and an MS in computer science (AI) from Stanford, and has authored over two dozen technical papers and articles.

Annaka Kalton “Aurora Product Architect”

Annaka coordinates Aurora scheduling software development and deployment across diverse domains, leading requirements analysis, implementation, and consulting on most company scheduling projects to align strategies and share features. Since joining in 2001, she has worked on heuristic scheduling for industries ranging from aerospace and healthcare to finance, gaining insight into cross-domain similarities, unique challenges, and common rollout pitfalls. She holds a BS in Symbolic Systems with Honors (AI concentration) and completed an honors thesis on applying machine learning to game playing.

Rob Richards PhD “Principal Scientist, Head of Strategy & Business Development”

Rob Richards leads development of Aurora-related applications for clients including General Dynamics Electric Boat, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Pfizer, and the US Air Force, optimizing scheduling, production, and resource allocation. He also drives Strategy and Business Development, forging partnerships such as Boeing’s widespread adoption of Aurora and Siemens’ integration of Aurora into its Xcelerator Digital Thread solutions. Rob holds a BS from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MS and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
