How to send your feedback

 

1. Head to the Aurora-Viewer product page on our website by navigating to the ‘Resources’ tab.
   
2. Locate the “Feedback” form at the bottom of the page. For a general inquiry about Aurora or Aurora-Viewer, the only required fields are first name, last name, and email.
3. If you are providing feedback, be as specific as you can: include your Windows version, the XER file size/model, steps you took, what you saw vs what you’d expect, or your idea for improvement.
4. Simply click ‘Submit’ and you will be presented with the following message:
